Buying a car is typically not something I look forward to. Hours at the dealership, pushy sales people, finance people who try to sell you everything, ugh. My first experience with Acton Toyota was when they helped me locate a reasonably priced used Toyota sienna to help with our move from Boston to Acton. Normally this would not be so impressive, but this was in the middle of the pandemic when used vehicles were very hard to come by and super expensive. Josh was absolutely amazing! Super easy to talk to and get along with. He’s a straight shooter and really understands what the customer is looking for.
