Excellent sales rep Brian Doney and finance exec Alex Wheaton. Super transparency and communication skills (a part was delayed in arriving and they kept in touch). Other Toyota dealers in the area were weak compared to this strong team. Thanks, everyone. I love my new Prius.

Gage and his supervisor (John) did an incredible job working through a mystery of why my fuel tank said I was out of gas when it wasn't. This mystery had baffled me for over a year! They dissected the tank (no issues), drove it (no issues), and finally realized it was an issue with the specs. They were with me every step of the way, cheerful even when I was grumpy.
