Stephen was a pleasure to work with, he made buying a car easy. He is friendly, efficient and very knowledgable. Acton Toyota is fortunate to have him. I particularly liked the absence of any pressure with him and this dealership. Kevin Thomas PS Sandy Joyce was very helpful when I had trouble getting the sticker due to old number plates.
MY 2011 Sienna was totaled . I wanted a 2013 exactly the same as my 2011. Bill was very effective in finding the car I wanted at the price I expected to pay. Bill was very quick to respond when I communicated with him. He did everything he could to get what I wanted when I wanted it. He even extended some extra effort to get me registered quickly. Between my wife and I this is our fourth car from Acton Toyota. Highly recommended
I enjoyed this dealership for many reason. One I didn't have to play the game of naming a price and two the service was prompt and my needs were met without a problem. I would recommend Acton Toyota to everyone looking to buy a car and I will buy my cars from them going forward.
Patrick and the team at Acton Toyota were great. They were very low pressure, and did a great job of providing information to help our decision. Everyone was very responsive -- they had the answer or called back quickly whenever I had a question. Overall, just great to work with. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a car.
This was my third time working with John Bernard and he never fails to go above and beyond to help me get into the car that I want. John never tries to sell you into anything that you don't want. I have had a Corolla, Rav 4 and now a Camry SE and John helped me to get into each of these. John knows the product well and takes the time to explain the options for all models. This is our 4th Toyota purchased at Acton Toyota. We drive from Nahant about 45 minutes, specifically because the consistently have beaten all other Toyota dealerships-and there is one 1 mile away from us, but we do not trust them like Acton. I was not only given top trade-in by my salesperson, Shawn Gormely, but our finance person, Weston kept coming back in with great news. Steve Jensen was the employee who helped my wife and I at Acton Toyota when purchasing a new car. Honestly, just ask for Steve. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was as normal of a guy you could ask for. We had more of a conversation than a scenario where we tried to "sell" us on certain things we weren't interested in. Bob was very easy to work with during my used car purchase. Negotiation on a price was doen in a friendly and professional manner - no pressure or negative comments. He let me take the car for test drives on 3 different days, and always said tell me when you want to get the car and it will be waiting for you.
