I expect all business to do a "good" job and for the most part they do. But, I am writing this review to let people know that Acton Toyota used car Annex really was head and shoulders above the rest. I visited 20 used car dealers though out new England and they ended up having the best service, best selection and best price. Even after 30 days I am extremely satisfied with my 09 335i BMW. This was the first new car I purchased. I contacted Vann White through the internet and told him the exact car I was looking for including color and packages. The price I got from Vann was the best I received in Northern New England. Vann was very friendly and energetic. No pressure to buy. The dealership itself is really cool too with its valet service and free rental cars if you get work done on your car. I came on a very busy day to see Jim, he was helping another person but made sure I was ok. Set me up to drive a Camry and gave me a free lunch, kept asking if he could help me with anything while I was waiting. Took his time going over everything when I bought the new car.
I had initially gone to a more local dealer (1.5 miles away) and they didn't have the "right" feel. They requested my cell phone number just to look and sit in a car. The second visit there w/friends and no one even approached us to say hi. After going online I discovered theer reviews on all fronts were quite negative. We had a wonderful experience at Acton Toyota of Littleton. Scott Doherty was friendly, knowledgeable and very sensitive to our needs. We did not feel pressured at all. He had a car waiting for us to test drive, discussed all the features and sent us out on a test drive. Upon our return he explained all the features of Acton Toyota.
