Bob was very easy to work with during my used car purchase. Negotiation on a price was doen in a friendly and professional manner - no pressure or negative comments. He let me take the car for test drives on 3 different days, and always said tell me when you want to get the car and it will be waiting for you. I recently purchased an Avalon Touring from Acton Toyota of Littleton with the help of my son-in-law Frank. My salesman was Chris Todd he was very patient with me as I was unsure exactly which Camry I wanted. I was able to drive a few cars, he answered all my questions, and was able to find the "exact" car I wanted when I finally made up my mind. The price we agreed on was exactly in my budget. I can admit I made a mistake on my frustrated review of Acton Toyota. I thought the only car that was right for me was a Camry and I wanted and it when the deal went south, I took some vented emotion on Action Toyota. Events have changed. Initial contact with dealership was through an internet price quote. That figure was very competitive with others both in, and out, of the area. Both Shawn, and Financial Services Manager Joe Tosi, made the dreaded car purchase experience a different event. Joe actually took the time to research out what was a more favorable financing package offered by Toyota.

It was a pleasure to work with Tomas Revetria. Tomas was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to my phone calls and was never 'pushy'. I thought that my purchase of a vehicle from Tomas would be more complicated than usual because I live out-of-state and needed the car registered in my home state.
