great buying experience, entire staff was helpful from start to finish. it's nice when a dealership is more interested in getting you into the right vehicle rather than pushing for a more expensive one. plan on buying again shortly for the wife. thanks for everything.
I really appreciate the fact that , after a quick conversation of what I was looking for, when I got there they had a vehicle pulled up to the front and ready for me to test drive before we even talked numbers. This is my second purchase from neil at acton annex.He walked me thru this purchase as honestly and comfortably as the first purchase. Including this car, I've purchased 4 new cars from Jim Piazas. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He's honest, friendly and not pushy. The entire experience was very smooth and painless. I drove up from Maine after locating this vehicle on e-bay. The price was worth traveling for and the car was like new. Tom worked hard to get everything done within 30 minutes so that I could get back home for my wife's birthday party that afternoon. The car was delivered to me in Maine at no charge the next day.
