John Bohr was great to work with. No hassle, straight forward, and was willing to work with me. What impressed me the most about John was his help long after the sale. I was pleasantly surprised a week after my purchase to get John's help with some minor questions and concerns. Not only was Acton Toyota concerned about my current purchase, they showed me they were interested in all future purchases. Very nice!
I called and told Bob Gaudet to have an automobile ready for me to test drive when I arrived in an hour. The automobile was on the show room floor but it was ready and outside when I arrived. Bob gave me the keys and I test drove the Mercedes. I was unsure whether I wanted to purchase the car so Bob told me to take it for the day. Located used car from website. Chris Curley worked with us during sale. Allowed our own mechanic to inspect vehicle, noticed wheel bearing issue that the dealer fixed before delivery. Very good price for my trade as well as final sale price. Positive Experience made up for previous bad experience with another Toyota dealer. Would recommend dealer.
I recently purchased a car from Acton Toyota and would do it again! They were friendly ,helpful and non pressure. I had been in the market for a new car for 6 months. After researching several vehicles (Toyota Prius, VW Passat TDI, the new Honda Accord), I settled on the Toyota. I hate haggling over the price of a new vehicle.
