I have received excellent treatment from the folks at Acton Toyota of Littleton. I have had consecutive leases from them from 1992. I have been fortunate for each lease to have had the sevices of Jim Piazas, a truly fine employee indeed. During the course of each lease, my routine service work has been carried out efficiently and expediously.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited at Acton Toyota of Littleton. This is our second new vehicle purchase in 24 months from Acton Toyota and I am always delighted to shop there and recommend friends to shop there as well. The Internet sales team led by Scott Vachon is great to work with, sales reps Shawn Gormley and Tom Downing are friendly and knowledgeable. We drive past 2 other Toyota dealerships to do business with Acton Toyota and it is always worth the trip.

Wow! I just took delivery on a 2012 "Prius c" from Acton Toyota. As so many others have noted here, I had the best experience I've ever had in buying a car, thanks to Jim Piazas (sales) and Keith Mobley (finance). Never once did I feel any pressure to buy or to buy anything I was not already asking about (in terms of options and extras). I just had an outstanding experience buying my new 2012 Prius 3 from Scott Doherty at Acton Toyota. I found Scott to be very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous in making our purchase decision. I didn't feel pressured with Scott, and he really took the time to explain all I needed to know about a Hybrid vehicle, as this was my first time considering a Prius. John Bernard was very helpful in completing our transaction the purchase of a new Highlander. In order for Acton Toyota to keep winning sales awards, they need to keep exemplary sales personnel like John. I dealt with Patrick through emails back in March. That experience could have been better....BUT I finally went intonthe dealership today 9/16. I met with Wellington and Lee. I have to say that this was the best experience I have EVER had at a dealership. The atmosphere is so relaxed. Its no pressure or bs. They are honest and treat everyone with honesty and integrity. They have renewed my faith in dealerships.

This is the third car I have bought from this dealership. I feel they have always been more than fair. Treated me with respect and understand my needs. It also helps they have cars I LOVE! This new location is not as convinent for me, but the service they provide makes up for it. Who can beat the free drinks and nice cafe! Plus, Computer area, TV and the fun of looking at all the new cars even when not in the market to buy.
