The entire process was quick, easy, and pleasant. and we would strongly recommend Acton Toyota, as we already have done.
i had a couple of issues with my new truck that i bought someplace else. so i took it into acton toyota to have them look into it for me. dealer i got it from didnt respond to my e mail inquirys. first day there they fixed one issue and had to order some parts for the other issue. they had the parts the next day and installed them making me one happier guy.. this is one realy nice dealership and its staffed by people who actualy care about what they do for the customers they service. you can even walk around inside the showr... read more
I was impressed by the sales service John Bernard gave me at Acton Toyota. He allowed me to take the car for a half day which allowed me to really get familiar with the vehicle. He took the time to explain all features of the vehicle. He was also very organized and explained all the paperwork (fees, financing etc.) so there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend buying a car from him.
I had the best car purchase experience at Acton Toyota. Both Travis McCarthy and Scott Bristol took the time to listen to exactly what I need and want and found the perfect car for me and my wife. They understood our budget and worked with us on both the trade in value and the price of the new car. I gave Neil top ratings because he merited them. He was professional in demeanor and knowledgeable about vehicles. Neil listened to what type of vehicle I was interested in, and what my price range was. He was not pushy, and did not attempt to pressure me into a higher category/price vehicle. We had initially looked at a Highlander at a different dealer and then made an Internet enquiry to multiple dealers about the Prius v. Jack Mendosa responded very quickly with a competitive price for a vehicle which matched our requirements. It had to come from another dealer but we drove it home within the week.
