This dealership and its employees display work satisfaction and this is reflected in the approach to customers. To the purchaser a "no" he speaks is not returned with an argument or sales pitch from the salesperson. Customer service and a willingness to go the long mile for the shopper is implicit. I was most pleased with my experience by contrast with that I have had in purchasing ten or more vehicles over my lifetime.
I had a great experience buying my used Toyota Tundra from Kyle Gable at the used car annex. Kyle took care of all my requests and concerns. The pricing was great and I feel that I got more than I paid for in a relaxed no pressure environment. I highly recommend the used car annex at Toyota of Acton.

I felt like I was being treated fairly and with respect by all employees I interacted with at the dealership. This was not a stereotypical car buying experience. The process was consultative and thoughtful. Scott, Keith, and Glenn were all particulalry helpful, and I felt like my time was well spent with them.
Ken was very helpful on helping me with turning in my old lease and re-leasing a new Corolla. No pressure to add on extras to the monthly payments. When I went to pick up the new car it was ready to go. I would recommend this dealership and Ken to anyone looking to lease or buy a new car.
After doing quite a bit of research on the internet, and literally looking at hundreds of used Toyota Highlanders, I kept coming back to Acton Toyota's website not only for their large inventory, but for the quality and quantity of images of each vehicle that had listed on their site. Bob was helpful and incredibly friendly. I never once felt like I was being pushed into a sale. He was able to help me find a great car within my budget, and I am incredibly pleased with my purchase. As a first time buyer, he was very informative and explained everything in a way that helped me understand the process better. I would definitely recommend speaking to Bob if you are interested in a car at the dealership.
