When my car was totaled in an accident, I replaced it at Acton Toyota. The whole process was very easy. I got a price on truecar.com, called the dealership to confirm the price and any dealership fees associated on top of that price. I went in, filled out all the paperwork, and picked the car up two days later. They handled registering the car, and the whole process was excellent. No haggling, no hassle. They were very honest and easy to deal with. I would definitely buy there again.

Easest and best new car buying experience I have ever had with no pressure.(this is my 10th Toyota, Am 90 years old) Had 90% of the sale done before meeting John Bohr. Finalizing the sale with John was very relaxing. I highly recommend John Bohr

We did some online research, using AAA buyer pricing and were connected with Gregg McHugh. The dealership was very friednly and Gregg very accomodating to meeting our needs. He was very thotough in going over the paperwork and Keith, the financing guy was great to work with as well. When we came to pick up the truck, Gregg walked us through everything and went over every inch of the truck with us. I'd highly reccomend the dealerhsip and Gregg in particular.

I have been buying my personal cars for over 45 years. The experience with Acton Toyota and Ken Hsu was by far the best. Mr Hsu is the consummate professional. He made our buying experience a complete and actually a fun experience. I highly recommend Acton toyota and especially Ken Hsu.

It was a pleasure working with Jack, he was thoughtful and gracious, and did not pressure me into anything. He took the time to explain things to me at delivery, and helped me connect the bluetooth. Gene was also very nice, and helped me to acquire gap insurance so that my payment did not increase too much.

Att Mike Hills, As you requested Here is the review of my experience at Acyon Toyota of Littleton and the service Dept. "Your service dept. is top notch,finish work as promised, friendly greeting, clean waiting room, coffee, donuts, breakfast or sandwich, what's not to like. Just as an aside, I work with someone that has a Camry which he purchased at another dealership. He had his Camry serviced at Acton Toyota of Littleton and was amazed at the service he received. This recent purchase of a 2011 Rav 4 is our second new vehicle purchase from Acton Toyota. First was a 2002 Toyota Highlander which we still have and has been the best vehicle we have ever owned. This was our first time working with Steve Jensen and he was the perfect salesperson for us - no pressure - easy to work with and very supportive. I have bought many cars in my 48 years and I can honestly say this was the "best" overall experience I have ever had. John Bernard my sales person was so easy going down to earth and helpful. He was up front with me and there was "NO" pressure at all....He listened to my situation gave me all my options and and let me take my time to decide what I would like to do...
