This was my first experience with Acton Toyota. John Bernard came recommended. Immediately, I was comfortable with John and his style. He was straight forward and did not pressure. As with most/all dealerships, I did haggle a bit to get what I believed was a fair price. John and Acton were willing to negotiate so that we were both satisfied. Highly recommend this dealership, especially Garrett Green. My experience leasing a new car was extremely easy because of him. Very upfront and honest, no hidden fees or gimmicks. After driving used cars for 45 years, this is our first New car! John Bernard, Geno and the rest of the committed staff at Acton Toyota were wonderful. Scott Doherty was very polite and helpful when we went in to look at a Prius. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features of the car, and invited us to come back after we had owned the car a while to clear up any further questions. The price was fair and the deal was carried out quickly and easily. Everyone we dealt with in the dealership was helpful. The building and facilities were clean and professional. Overall, what we liked best was tthe low pressure atmosphere.

Gregg McHugh is an excellent salesperson. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and to make sure we got the car we wanted, in our price range.
Bill was extremelprofessional and a great person to do business with. The transaction was hassel free and I believe the price was within the ball park.
