During the first week of ownership, we brought our 2005 Sienna in for warranty service after hearing a "weird sound" in the dash. I was impressed with the check-in system and personal attention I received. I was greeted as I pulled in, the car was analyzed and they persisted in searching until the problem was identified! We found our Toyota Sienna online after an extensive search (including other dealerships and private sellers). Acton Toyota's price appeared to be competitive so we scheduled an appt. When we arrived, the car was ready for a test drive. We appreciated being able to drive the car by ourselves so we could talk candidly. Alex was great! He worked hard to arrange for us to complete all paperwork on the same day as pickup so that we didn't have to drive up twice since we live almost an hour away from the dealership (yes - we traveled that far to go to that dealership and it was worth it!) Highly recommended.
