I have bought many cars in my 48 years and I can honestly say this was the "best" overall experience I have ever had. John Bernard my sales person was so easy going down to earth and helpful. He was up front with me and there was "NO" pressure at all....He listened to my situation gave me all my options and and let me take my time to decide what I would like to do...
My wife and I were looking for a Toyota Prius. We did some research online and received a few responses, including one from Shawn who was the first person to contact us. We never expected to have such a positive experience with any dealership, but were intrigued enough by several Toyota & Scion listings on Autotrader.com to go in and check them out, and what a world of difference! My family and I had an outstanding customer experience at Acton Toyota because of Jim Higgins from the Internet Sales team. Tom Downing and Acton Toyota made the purchase of my new Toyota 4 Runner an enjoyable experience. I appreciate their sales approach as they were pretty laid back and not aggressive as I decided what I wanted to buy. The staff made the purchasing process very easy. Plus they have a comfortable and roomy waiting room (tv, magazines, beverages) which I'm sure I'll enjoy when I bring my car there for service.
Great experience, John and I communicated via email all during my selection of vehicle. Any time I asked for price quote John provided back to me timely. Because of the way John handled my online and in person experience I selected Acton Toyota over other local dealerships.
I leased a 2011 RAV4 from Acton Toyota of Littleton. Scott Doherty was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful, outgoing and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to Acton Toyota of Littleton.
