Great experience buying a new Prius V. Met Wellington about 3 years ago when looking at a Sienna. That didn't work for us then but Wellington was so good and hassle/pressure free we said we'd go back to him if we did want a Toyota and were rewarded with similar when we did indeed go back. Good pricing for new car and trade. A full 180 degrees of an experience at Acton (now in Littleton) Toyota from the usual car dealer unpleasantness. I had an excellent experience at Acton Toyota of Littleton. Easy to work with; beautiful showroom; tons of vehicles to see; no "high pressure" sales push. I will definitely go back for my next car purchase - hopefully in about 6 years!

Shawn has been one of the most, if not the most, professional salesman that I've encountered in my many years of buying cars and trucks. Dealing with Shawn Gormley was a pleasure. He is extremely competent and helpful. I never felt pressured or coerced to settle for a vehicle that did not meet my requirements just because it was in stock. Shawn went out of his way to source the car I wanted from another dealer even though it was out of state. I visited many car dealerships, and Acton Toyota was definitely a cut above the rest. The auto industry is changing: It is more professional, transparent, and service oriented. In the future I believe all dealerships will become like Acton Toyota; I'm glad I didn't have to wait to experience the future. I decided to trade in "old faithful" T-100 that was 17 years old. I only wanted a Toyota as the last one in 17 years had a total of 1200 in repairs which to me was outstanding. It was a construction work truck - full size bed, 4*4, standard... I only wanted Toyota as my friends who bought new trucks like I did back in 1994 were on their third trucks.
