I asked about a hundred questions or more throughout the process, and Ken was adamant about quickly and concisely answering every question, whether he had to find out the answer or he already knew it. He truly went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and helping me during every step of the way. They were willing to haggle a bit to get my business, and for that, they got my business. Would definitely buy from here again!

We were coming from far away with a 2 year-old and 2 week old. Bob made the process SO easy and enjoyable that I can hardly believe it. We reached a fair price easily, without that ridiculous back and forth that makes these experiences negative so often. Recently purchased a new 2011 Tacoma truck TRD at Acton Toyota. This vehicle purchase experience was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! The facilities were top notch, excellent selection of vehicles, superior customer service and very fair pricing. I was looking for a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and sent an email inquiry to Acton Toyota. I quickly got a response from Tomas Revetria. The next day I stopped in for a test drive and made my purchase. There was no pressure at all from Tomas. He was awesome and answered all my questions. He even answered questions for us on his day off! I recommend anyone who is looking to buy a toyota to go visit Acton Toyota and ask for Tomas he's one of the nicest sales people you'll work with.

I've bought three vehicles from Acton Toyota, two from John Bernard in the past two months. John is outstanding, very responsive and helpful. The dealership is all I go to for service and new cars. The staff and facility are the best I have seen. Toyota makes an excellent car and purchasing it from a reputable dealer really puts icing on the cake.

All right, I've been buying cars both new and used for many years. I went to the dealership because it was local and had the type of vehicle I had decided upon, namely a Prius.
