Both Neil O'Leary and Jeff Coltran of Acton Toyota provided excellent sales support in my purchase of a used vehicle in mid October. They promptly answered all questions, properly showed me the auto of interest, fulfilled all commitments and were available by phone for my follow-up questions. I was introduced and impressed by the Service Department facilities and their personnel. Overall, it was a positive and rewarding car buying experience and I recommend them withou hesitation. We work looking for a used RAV4, late model, having purchased one from this dealership in the past. We worked with John Bhor, of internet sales, who was extremely helpful, very attentive to details, and met our every request. In short, he was outstanding. The only reason we gave the overall experience a 4 instead of a 5 was that it seemed to take a long time to get the title/registration complete. However, it still beat going to the RMV! We are very satisified, and will definitely shop there again.

I had an overall great experience at Acton Toyota. Garrett was very patient and answered all the questions I had. He was willing to help me find a great price and I am very satisfied with my new 2012 Toyota Camry. I recommend this dealer to everyone but especially to young adults looking to purchase their first vehicle. There were no gimmicks and the staff was extremely honest and helpful.

Well done. I went through Internet sales. John Bohr contacted me almost immediately. Took the time to figure out what we wanted; offered options (starting with used) without pressuring us either way. When we came for return visit, John was away, but his manager Scott Vachon filled in and made sure we had all our questions answered. Final write up with finance was smooth, informative, and again, no pressure. The consistency of professionalism and the team work were well beyond what I expected.

This has to be the best car purchase experience I've ever had. There was no hard sales pitch and my deal was done completely online with only one visit in to value my trade. They were very responsive and gave me the deal I was looking for. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

It was a pleasure to work with someone that did not come across as a con-artist. He was very sincere and did was not pushy or fake. He answered all my questions and made my purchase an enjoyable one. Another great car buying experience at Acton Toyota. Working with Carl was great. I love the friendly, low pressure environment of the used car annex. Having purchased two other new cars at Acton Toyota really made it a no brainer when it came to purchasing this used car. I know they have been thorough and will stand behind the sale.
