Another great car buying experience at Acton Toyota. Working with Carl was great. I love the friendly, low pressure environment of the used car annex. Acton Toyota made a four-year dream come true! I can't believe I'm actually saying that buying a car was a pleasant experience, but Acton Toyota truly made it so. Nice people; Good help. Saved time for my auto searching. Quick responding. The only thing I need to do is to bring a check and tell them the insurance number. The whole process went smoothly and simple.
Great Experience. I wanted a Rav 4 with all the "bells & whistles". Although the Rav4 was in short supply, Scott made sure I was on the list for the very next available and stayed with it all the way through. I got the car I wanted. There was no rehearsed sales pitch and no pressure. The financial side of it was also a pleasant experience thanks to Jack. The Service Dept is wonderful, as well.
Called and John was patient, friendly and walked me through how to get into car without alarm clicker working. Terrific service at this dealer too! My car has over 258000 miles and still going strong with this dealer.
I visited the Acton Toyota website after a friend recommended them based on good experiences his family has had with the dealership. Shawn was very quick to get back to me and provide me with all the information I needed. Buying a car was a very easy, no-pressure, pleasant experience.I initially contacted them by email and received a price quote in a return email very soon after. I was treated very well once I got there, and had the car I wanted very quickly. In speaking to other dealerships they seemed reluctant to discuss price on line or over the phone, but I didn't have that problem here, which I appreciated.
Given the demand for the the Prius, you have to pay sticker price - this is why my review of "Price" was only "OK". Otherwise, this was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Wellington is knowledgeable, polite, friendly and, most importantly, not aggressive or pushy.
