Kim Portillo was very responsive to an issue I flagged with her in a previous phone conversation. I came to the Service Department and she had this matter quickly resolved . As a long time customer of Acton Toyota, I appreciate her prompt and courteous service.

Excellent service by John Bernard. He’s very friendly and kept me up time date while waiting for the car to be shipped in. Leo took care of my scheduling needs in meeting my off campus appointment, while getting repairs completed on my Avalon. He diligently researched, and found one of my repairs to be covered under extended warranty, thus saving me cost for one of the needed fixes!

CAme in without an appointment because my tire light came on. THey fit me in and explained I needed 4 new tires. I had been traveling quite a bit and seeing the tires were the original, i wasn't surprised . I got my new tires and a front end alignment on a friday afternoon of a 3 day weekend , I was going a way and wanted safety . All this without an appointment .

The experience with Acton Toyota and associates in both Sales and Service were great. Alex and Andy addressed every concern, and question we had.
