Everything was excellent, I was met by Chris who reviewed with me all the service work that was to be performed. A few hours later after being given a ride home with shuttle service, the work was completed and I was able to pick up my RAV4. The car was immaculate and Chris reviewed with me all work performed as well as the status of various routine inspections (brake and tire wear, etc.).

They had the car I wanted and Lionel Santiago was a no-pressure, easy going salesperson, just like I wanted. They made a decent offer on my trade and explained some details on sales tax in my home state I did not know, showing me an advantage no other dealer pointed out. The car was serviced with new tires, brakes and other details making it almost like new. I am extremely happy with the car with with my experience with Lionel.
