This is our second new car purchase from this dealership. Both sales were handled very well and were done so with no pressure. For this most recent sale, Scott Doherty helped meet our needs and desires with professionalism. Our questions and requests were answered and quickly addressed. When Scott said he would do something for us he did so as rapidly as he could. Scott assured that all details were taken care of promptly. Doing business with Scott and Acton Toyota was a hassle free experience.

The dealer has big and well organized space for various functions including comfortable and roomy wating area for service. The dealer was friendly and strainght forward on the prices, financing options, and recommendation on the vehicle options. It was nice good experience.

Excellent customer service. Had car ready for me when arrived to test drive, despite heavy snowstorm day before and car only received in trade day or two before. Impressive showroom and great facilities for customers waiting for service or sales. Greg McHugh, my sales person, is very personable. I traveled approximately 100 miles to purchase this car and was very happy that Greg had the car and papers all ready to go when I got there a few days later to pick up the car. I recommend this dealership without reservation.

I gave this grade to this dealership because it is a superb business to do business with; that's why I purchased my vehicle at this dealership after a visit of 12 other dealerships. I've found this dealership to be highly concerned with customer service, first and foremost.

I called Acton Toyota on Monday to see if I could bring the Matrix in for a State Inspection. Michelle, who answered my call, was very helpful and told me I could bring the car in any time and that they closed at 6pm. I brought the car in at 11:30am. There was one car being inspected before me and then I was done. Brian Crowley also helped me with my appointment for Thursday for the Yaris for it's State Inspection and 5,000 maintenance service. Valet greets you as you pull in....walks you to and opens the door....lots of service reps no wait......free home made lunch, coffee, juice and donuts while you wait.....accurately judge wait time.....will do last minute on the spot work....comfortable waiting areas....wifi.....tv......honest....had some extra air from a previous job that was affecting my heat....they figured it out and fixed as no charge.....every one in the place is courteous and friendly....really the best dealership that I have ever experienced.....would... read more

This is the third car I've purchased from Acton Toyota and the second from Wellington. He makes it all so easy. To start the process, I gave him a call and over the next week or two we handled all of the details over the phone and email. He's very responsive, honest and friendly. I can't imagine that purchasing a car could possibly be less stressful than this.

I brought my Prius in for service at 7am. I was able to have breakfast and get connected to my work email right away. I had minimal down time which made the appointment rather easy. The honesty and straightforwardness of Neil Schwartz telling we what had to be done was much appreciated. Thanks for doing this for your customers.

Got a Prius III with the NAV package. Clear, straightforward lease. No games. Jim spent the time to aquaint me with the features and layout of the Prius (versus a Camry Hybrid which I also own). Dealership is classy. You can tell the owner treats the staff well and it shows through to the customer attention from sales to service. Real nice amenities and WIFI available while waiting. Delivery was next day. Jim programmed the bluetooth for my iTouch and set up my SAT radio stations. I just had to show up and drive away @57 mpg... read more
