We have used Littleton Toyota Service department for several years now... for both our Toyota's. Their staff have always been helpful, patient, polite, and efficient and we have always been very pleased with the quality of the work performed ..... both regularly scheduled maintenance service as well as some instances where we've needed a specific problem addressed , sometimes on an "unscheduled" basis. Their customer waiting area and associated amenities also reflects their care for customer comfort.

I am a repeat customer so prior to coming to the dealership, I spoke with a Manger named Shawn who actually sold me my 2003 Tundra to let him know I was interested in buying a new truck. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted promptly by Stephen Jensen and was given a good overall tour of the truck I was interested in buying. Stephen did an excellent job go over all the features of the truck and he even stayed beyond his work day to be sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision on a purchase.

I went in kicking some tires. I did not feel pressured at all. Steve came up to me and asked if I needed some help. I told him I was only looking. He did not seemed disapointed at all. He answered all my questions and was patient as could be. I told him there was no way I was going to buy this month and he still was willing to spend time answering my questions. We went on a test drive of a new truck. What a machine. I could not believe how Steve knew so much about trucks. I have been driving trucks since he was probly a kid.... read more

Great experience. At 48 yrs old - buying my first car from a dealer :) I hope it lasts and doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to keep up. (Everytime we bring in my wifes Scion we have to bring it in again...) This 08 Prius is my fancyist car i've ever owned. I hope to up-convert to a plug-in aftermarket product soon. ... been wanting one (plug-in Prius) for many years now. am glad my 97 honda didn't pass inspection :) Thanks Tom. DM

I had never come during business hours and was shocked at how pleasant and accommodating everyone was. I came with a small child and we were completely comfortable, fed, had plenty of space, access to the toy room, etc. In all, it was a fabulous visit and confirmed the reasons I keep coming back to the dealership to get routine maintenance work done on my Highlander. I will always highly recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton to anyone looking for a car or for excellent service.

It was the first enjoyable car buying experience of my life. People were professional and upfront about the price. The showroom and facility are beautiful and will make servicing the car a MUCH nicer experience. Acton Toyota really seems to know what they are doing.

I recently purchased a toyota tacoma from Acton Toyota. My experience was exceptional. The professionalism and courtesy received from Tom Downing made the entire process enjoyable. Our buying experience was great! Our needs were respected and appropriate options were offered. For once it was a pleasant experience. Our test drive covered a good array of road types. The length of time it took to complete the deal wasn't too bad.

Had a very positive and efficient experience with Leo at Acton - came in to see and drive the vehicle, then went home to do my research. They had priced it right at bluebook, though carfax suggested it was worth about $1000 less. We negotiated by phone and email, and Leo answered all questions about features and condition that were unclear, and what other fees would be involved so that I could negotiate an "all-in" price.
