Great to be back to the dealer with same sales approach and customer care I have never seen exceeded in any other places. Ken is our 2nd partner in this new purchase and we got the same consistent relaxed selling environment when we last purchased our first Sienna van two years ago from the same dealer. We felt taken-cared off, with honest-to-goodness straight selling. In summary, another great buying experience.

I felt that I got not only a fair deal but a really good deal. There was no pushing and shoving on price, we talked about it, came to agreement, and it was done. There were no last minute surprises. No games by the salesperson or finance manager to add costs. No unpleasantness at all. I have purchased from this dealer before and will be back - but hopefully not too soon.

Purchased a Certified 2007 Toyota Avalon Ltd. Great experience all around with all requests/issues dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Gregg Mchugh was our salesman and he was very accommodating. I went out to test drive the vehicle and with the dealership a half hour a way Gregg was nice enough to deliver the car to our home for my wife to test drive the next day. I am now a third time very satisfied customer at Acton Toyota. I have enjoyed working with John Bernard over the purchase of all three of my vehicles. I appreciate the personal touch that John offers. He is patient, obliging, sincere and helpful. I feel that the service offered at Acton Toyota is above and beyond. My wife and I have, through the years, bought several different makes of cars and trucks. Without a dought we were greatly surprised at the ease with which we were able to complete our deal at Acton Toyota. Both the salesman (John Bernard) and the sales manager ( Joe Toci) were excellent in their helping us to first, select the truck we were looking for, and then helping us through the process of the sale. My husband and I enjoyed this dealership very much. Maryanne put us at ease about leasing a new vehicle, and Keith (the finance guy) was unlike any financial representative we've ever dealt with. He made the deal happen and quickly. We do feel badly that we made the employees stay well past the 4:00 pm closing time on a Sunday, but they were very gracious and never, ever made us feel like we were putting them out. What a great experience I had at Acton Toyota of Littleton! From the moment I walked in to the day I picked up my new vehicle, everything has been perfect and so easy. Scott Vachon was a pleasure to work with- he is extremely knowledgeable about the RAV4 and answered all of my questions that I had. I didn't feel any pressure at all. This is the fifth car we've bought from Acton Toyota and from the same sales person, Jim Piazas. We've always been quite happy with our treatment there. The dealership is friendly, helpful, and low-pressure. This time around, we felt that Jim was in our corner.
