I bring my Lexus to this dealership - the Lexus dealer is too far from my house so i looked for alternatives. But have been with this dealer now for almost a decade and particularly their new facility makes them even more competitive than Lexus. They service a Lexus just like Lexus would, but better pricing, and better service.
I visited Acton Toyota after Scott Doherty sent me pricing information on a 2011 Rav4 Sport I was looking at online. The price he gave was great. I exchanged a few emails with Scott and brought in my car to get appraised for a trade in. I purchased my 08 Tundra in 08 and have loved the customer service I've gotten with Acton Toyota, from the Sales personnel to the Service department I've always been extremely satisfied with the work done and the timely manner it's taken. I just took delivery of a 2011 Tundra and couldn't be happier with the fact I had it delivered to my front door! Best experience buying a new car..EVER!
The good service at Acton Toyota of Littleton begins with making the appointment. The on-line service is easy to use and there is always good follow up. Making an appointment by telephone is done with courtesy and accuracy. When I bring the car in I am greeted right away, checked in and provided with an accurate estimate of how long I will have to wait if I choose to do so. Jim Sullivan was great to work with. He communicated with us very well, gave us a great price on the vehicle we purchased as well as the vehicle we traded in and was very knowledgeable about Toyota Corp. and their products. Financing was quick and painless and we got a very good rate. Jim has kept in touch with us even after the sale! Dealership is clean and actually fun to be in!
This is the second time in two years that I have purchased a vehicle at Acton Toyota. In both cases, the salesman was Steve Augusta.
