So the short story of my recent purchase experience is as follows: I emailed other dealers through the internet with my interest in purchasing a new van and wanted to know my "out the door" price and any fees on top of sales price. Simple request but not so simple answers from other dealers. I got lots of "thanks for contacting us when do you want to come in for a test drive? As an internet buyer, I found this dealer and Tomas to be very helpful, quick to provide full information, and no pressure. They made the buying experience a pleasure. The employees were thorough in explaining all the details of the deal. Very helpful.

Friendly and professional staff. Waiting rooms clean, cheerful. Overall dealership is beautiful, very customer service oriented. When I have my car serviced, they always tell me up front how much. If they find anything additional wrong, they let you know and decide if you want it fixed or not.

I have had my share of bad experiences at car dealerships. And because of those experiences have always had a negative feeling about going to get my car serviced. Acton Toyota changed that. This dealership is by far the best, most friendly, EFFICIENT and clean dealership I have ever been to. The service professionals are just that - professional, caring, kind. - Prompt - Thorough - Competitively priced (do your - Prompt - Thorough - Competitively priced (do your homework first!) - no pressure approach (we went back 3-4 times) - informational - paperwork was complete/no hassle - was responsive when I decided not to go with after market product after thinking about it overnight.

I have been dealing with Acton Toyota for years. In my oppinion it is the best dealership in the area. My sales man Scott was very friendly and professional . There was never any pressure he was honest and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I actually came away feeling good about my lease. I highly recommend Acton Toyota if you want a friendly, courteous, and a non-high pressure dealership. My sales rep, Shawn, has a great personality and kindness about him, and a no pressure sales approach. He made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation, even before I arrived at the dealership through our email exchanges about the purchase/lease of a new Rav4. This is our 3rd purchase from Acton Toyota and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Service is great whether its' buying or maintenance. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Amenities while you wait are also great, WYFI, coffee, donuts, breakfast & lunch if you're there at that time. The sales staff do not use tactics, or pressure, just friendly give and take and lots of information. It's a pleasure to car shop or to bring a vehicle in for service. For the first time ever, I do not mind going to a car dealer.
