This had been by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased cars from different dealers in the past that seem to be quick to get a car out the door just to make a sale and be done with you, but here they took the time to make sure it was the car we wanted and could afford and never pushed a car on us which was nice. Scott Vachon and Joe Tosi exceeded my expectations in every way. I arrived at Acton after having visited other dealerships and felt as though I had done my homework. John went above and beyond in helping us with the purchase of a 2010 Scion tc. He was friendly, courteous, considerate and patient with us while we made our decision. He explained everything in detail from the vehicle to the paperwork and took as much time with us as we needed. We would definately go back to Acton Toyota of Littleton for their exceptional service!
Scott was extremely helpful and made the buying experience totally painless. The negotiation on the final price was almost effortless. Scott helped me to understand each of the options available on my new Venza and then showed me how to use them effectively. Sales consultant knew the product very well. He was honest and straight forward in all his dealings with me. Vehicle went through reconditioning and was ready on the designated date at the appointed hour. Communications were easy with the sales consultant has he was reachable by land line phone, e-mail and a smart mobile phone. I knew we wanted to buy a new Tacoma, but was uncertain about which options we wanted in it. I went to Acton Toyota because they seemed to have the largest Tacoma inventory in the area, and I wanted to see and test drive the various trucks to see which I preferred. Steve Augusta patiently answered all my questions, was a wealth of information and ensured that the whole truck buying experience was a pleasure.
