Our experience with Scott and Acton Toyota as a whole was very good; smooth, professional, friendly. Scott was friendly, informative and respectful. We appreciated the low-pressure respectful approach. It can be a bit stressful shopping for and buying a car - it is a big decision and alot of money, so we have always been very turned off by high pressure salespeople... Wonderful experience. Price was below invoice so there was no reason to haggle. Salesman was able to close the deal with only one trip to the "man in the back room" and this was largely because they had quoted me a price for a vehicle that actually had one more option than they realized (less than $50). Business manager experience was very low key (did not PUSH the add-ons/extended service, just made me aware of what was available).
acton toyota....it is simply "the best"! i have been a acton toyota....it is simply "the best"! i have been a customer there for 13 years....my carolla is still going strong, but when it comes time to buy a new car....acton toyota is my only choice! friendly and competent service always! i also like their rewards program.
Took my car in for a 20K service. I expected to wait 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Nope - it took 35 minutes - & they were thorough & checked & did everything. They're friendly, helpful, polite, & favorably priced. When things will take longer than anticipated, they keep you updated. I have a Lexus RX350, & I don't go to the dealership because Acton Toyota can do the same things for a lot less money. Their guys are experienced, & they know both brands, Toyota & Lexus. I cant begin to express how much of a pleasure it was doing business with Acton Toyota! I was unfortunately in a situation where my 2 year old car had high mileage and was seriously upside down in value. Our entire purchase and new car delivery was very well handled. Each person--reception,sales,business office, and shop staff--were friendly, helpful, and professional. As we walked about the dealership the staff smiled, greeted us, asked if we needed help and so on. We have no idea whether we got the best price or not but we know that the overall experience could not have been better. I expressed interest in a vehicle via the website on a Saturday morning. The dealership called me, and I scheduled an appointment to view this car that afternoon. I was met promptly when I arrived. My 3rd car from Acton Toyota. Each time my sales experience gets better. The best yet so far was with Gregg McHugh who is on the Internet sales team. No BS, no pressure, great knowledge. Gregg makes you feel like he's really working for you (which he is). Takes care of everything so you can focus on getting the vehicle you want.
