This is the third car that my family has bought from Acton Toyota of Littleton. We always experience friendly and honest service. No pressure and you are treated like a customer...unique isn't it? I strongly reccomend making Acton Toyota of Littleton your car dealer.

Ken Hsu is a true professional. My wife and i never felt pressured. He provided us with the facts and options to explore. The experience was the best we've had...a tribut to Ken's style and personality. He's an asset to the organazation and should be recognized for his work ethic and style.

Excellent new dealership. Efficient sales process. The salesman even worked while his two month old newborn spent some time in the hospital with a high fever. He apprised us of the process and contacted us at convenient times. Other dealerships weren't nearly as efficient when bidding for this transaction.

I was met by Shawn on the very first day I wanted to find out about leasing a 2010 Prius. I had visited the web site and showed my interest of trading my 2006 Hyundai. He contacted me the next day. I told him that this was all new to me but I wanted to look at a lease because I only drove about 5000 miles a year. He said this would be perfect for me. We just bought our second Toyota from Acton - both experiences have been straightforward and easy. Competitive prices too. We have now '97 & '98 and '11 Camrys and '07 & 09 Prii. With the best service waiting room in all of greater Boston - what's not to like?

From the very begining the experience with Wellington Periera and Acton Toyota was flawless. There was no pressure, total honesty and I was treated with respect. After dealing with many, many dealerships over the years I can say hands down that Acton Toyota and Wellington Periera in particular are going to be getting my business from now on.. Just fantastic, can't thank them enough!!

As always, a great customer experience. Love having wireless access; I get more work done in their cafe than I do in my office! (no interuptions) The service tech was great to bring the damaged filters to the service advisor so that I could see what was going on with my rodent problems. I also got a sense where the problem areas are so that I can get more aggressive with my anti mouse proofing. (it has been a tough year) No complaints from me; those guys do it right! The salesperson I worked with, John Bohr, was very helpful, friendly & reasonable. The finance guy, Steve, was a little pushier, but I guess that's his job: to upsell the add-ons. The only reason I didn't rate the "Price" category above as a "5" is because I think anybody would be crazy to say they got a "Great" price on any new vehicle.
