I purchased a 2008 Camry Hybrid from Gregg McHugh. Before I went to acton toyota of littleton I went to the ford dealership in stoughton where I got what I presume was the typical used car buying experience. We bought a Toyota Siena after camparing Honda Odyssey 2010 and 2011. Acton Toyota had the best price compared with anyone out there. This is the best hassle free car buying experience we had and Greg McHugh was very good and helpful. It does helps that Toyota is offering 2 year free oil change service and I have used their services before and I know they are very good.
Great dealer, great service, excellent people. Sales people are friendly and competent. The service department is knowledgeable and competitively priced. Always feel like you are dealt with fairly. I have always enjoyed the relationship I have had with Acton Toyota.
The brief encounter I had with Jack Lloyd was also pleasant. The facility is quite pleasant and it offers nice amenities when you have to wait. The sales person was professional but quite pleasant. The paper work and payment part took longer than it should. My overall experience was pleasant and I would recommend the dealership and my salesperson John Bohr to others.
Acton Toyota does everything right. They treat their customers like they matter, they are fast, clean, and reasonably priced. They don't fix anything that doesn't need to be fixed - you can trust them. There were 6 people in line a few Saturdays ago, waiting for service - they were handled quickly and efficiently, I barely waited 5 minutes. Cheerful service, my car was ready when they said it would be ready...what's not to like?
From start to finish great customer service experience. Jim had great product knowledge and couldn't have been more helpful. Quality of vehicles offered for sale were first rate and pricing was good. Low pressure but still attentive sales practices were appreciated. We will be back for our next vehicle.
I went to Acton Toyota some years ago to have my Toyota car serviced after having a negative experience of another Toyota dealer. I have never been disappointed by their work. Acton Toyota has to be the most professional dealership I have ever worked with, by far. When I arrived there on Friday morning that was a long line of folks to have service done. Action Toyota has multiple very personable service reps that processed everyone very quickly. I chose to wait and the wait area had very good Wireless Internet and a complimentary hot breakfast, both at no charge. There was also an exercize room available though I did not use it. Obvious at first glance this is a first class operation. Woman greeted us as we entered, politely asked for our name and told us sales person would be available within 15 minutes. Offered coffee, a seat in the lounge. Price was right, business manager objective and fair, salesman enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Car priced and delivered as promised. Served us a quality lunch on the premises, no charge.
