Was in the market for a used Tundra and found one listed on Cars.com so decided to stop in. Did not call ahead but found myself in the area so decided to stop in. Acton Toyota always goes the extra mile. They streamline their processing so you can get in and out quickly for service. They listen to your problems. They treat you with respect and are very knowledgeable. They make the wait comfortable, and provide a free shuttle for when you can't wait.
We had a great experience working with Shawn in buying our Toyota Tacoma. We are from Pennsylvania and have a friend who owns a local toyota dealership, but he still couldn't match the price Shawn was able to offer. There was no pressure and he was very attentive. We had an issue with the carrier that was to deliver our vehicle(no fault of Shawn's)and he even offered to drive the vehicle to us. I would highly recommend Shawn Gormley if you are ever are in need of a vehicle and a great buying experience.
Our experience with Acton Toyota is, thusfar, limited to the purchase of a new Toyota. However, I anticipate that the service will be equally as good as the buying experience. Steve Augusta was outstanding in every phase of the purchase transaction. He was very helpful and saw to every detail. This is my fourth Toyota so I have been a fan for quite a while. This sales experience, however, was the best experience of any car purchase I have made. My sales person was Travis McCarthy and I can't say enough good things about him. He listened to want I wanted, answered my questions directly and honestly - no sales haggling. This is my second purchase through Acton Toyota. The first was a 2006 Avalon. The Avalon purchase was seamless and friendly. This current purchase was more complicated because I am now a Florida resident and wanted to register the car there. Scott very quickly found the car that I wanted and made sure that the accessories I ordered were added. Steve did an outstanding job managing our search for a new Prius. He provided comprehensive answers to our questions, helped us to find the "right" car, and eliminated many of the usual headaches of buying a new car. The overall experience was positive.
Me and my husband both bought our vehicles new back in 2008 and had a great experience. Have recommended to friends to go here if they are looking for a car. My son bought a used car in February and had problems with it and they took it in and fixed it and it is running great. We just bought a car for our daughter with Carl and had excellent service. We will always come back in the future.
