The sales experience was the best I have ever had with a dealership. Having purchase over 10 cars this was the first time that I did not feel I was in a adversarial position with the sales person (John Bernard). John was pleasant, listened to my requirements and make recommendations that actually lowered the cost of the purchase, and set a tone by using the straight invoice cost as the basis for the price. Excellent facility - seating/waiting areas were nice and workstations with wifi were very handy. Excellent and prompt customer service. Service and prices were explained in advanced. Complimentary breakfast was appreciate. Bottle of water waiting in my car when I went to drive home was also a nice touche.

Can't imagine I would ever say that it's a delightul experience to visit a car dealership for vehicle repairs or maintenance but it truly is at Acton Toyota of Littleton. They've got the right combination of people and experience. It's a job well done!

I visited Acton Toyota to test drive a a Yaris that my daughter was interested in purchasing. Our sales consultant, Ray Schavone, was very helpful - we never felt rushed, despite the fact that we arrived late in the day. He was upfront with all of the pricing information for the vehicle, making the whole negotiation process simple. Likewise, the visit to the Finance office with Jack was also no pressure - all financing information was presented professionally and completely. Dave was a really nice guy and easy to deal with. He made the process easy and did not try to upsell me. I appreciate his honesty and hard work to get all the paperwork done quickly. Hmmm..........I need to have 250 characters for this review. That is odd.

I was looking for a car for my "new driver" in the family. Dave was very helpful in giving pros/cons of the various models I was considering. Ultimately, I purchased a 2010 Corolla and am very satisfied with it. I am familiar with the service department as I have been having my Toyota Sienna serviced there for the past year.

We have been using this dealership for service on our Toyota & Hyundai cars for several years now and have never had a bad experience. Their new facility in Littleton is wonderful. To be able to pull the car right into a covered area during the depths of winter or the heat of summer is great. They have a wonderful customer service area, with restaurant upstairs, free coffee and snacks downstairs and a quiet Wi-Fi zone if you wish to work. Ray was extremely helpful and got me the car I wanted at a great price. I was never pressured and he did not try to sell me things I did not need. He did his best to get my car to me ASAP during the holiday season. My parents bought their new Prius at Acton because of the fantastic experience I had.
