Brought my car in to have serviced for summer driving, only to discover my rear brakes needed to be replaced. Mr. Moeller explained what was wrong with the brakes. I'm not mechanically inclined but understood his explanation. The car was repaired within a reasonable time while I waited. I have no complaints about Acton Toyota of Littleton. Wellington and John are fantastic. Everyone there was helpful and they made my new car purchase as painless as possible. Even when the hubcap fell off of my brand new car on my way home and I angrily called John to complain/vent frustration, they were kind and understanding (and got me a new hubcap right away!). Great price, no hassle. This was my second vehicle from them. Gave me very good price for my old vehicle. Would recommend to anyone who is buying. Service is no appointment for oil changes, they just make it easy. I would not deal with any other Toyota dealerships after dealing with them

We truly had a great experience with Acton Toyota. I can honestly say this was the easiest car buying experience we have had. Tomas was a great sales person to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We live in NH, about an hour away and would have no problem with going to Tomas and this dealer for our next car purchase.
I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received when I purchased a used car from Acton Toyota. I had never purchased a used car and was concerned about whether I was making the right choice. Salesman (Ray Shavone) was friendly, knowledgeable, cooperative, and non-aggressive. He focused on what we wanted and quickly generated an acceptable price for the desired vehicle. The vehicle ( a Prius III with moon roof) was ordered and took slightly more than 4 months to be delivered. The lengthy delivery period was due to slow deliveries by Toyota during the early model year period for the 2010 Prius.
