This is my third straight new Toyota from Acton Toyota of Littleton. Their overall service is second to none. I couldn't be happier. They make it so easy, whether you're leasing or purchasing. Plus, their service dept. is top notch. The absolute best! I can't say enough about their new location. I feel like I'm at a country club. They have golf carts to take you around. I had no idea at how well the customer service was going to be at Acton Toyota. We had been car shopping most of the day and found the experience to be exhausting with so many other dealers. At the hesitation of my wife, she was run down, I asked we stop in to Acton Toyota on our way home. We were very satisfied with Acton Toyota of Littleton and our salesman, Dave Anderson. He was efficient, friendly and very thorough. We needed a reliable used car that would be used at our summer residence and used by our children and they found us a Four Runner that fit the bill. When we picked up the car, Dave spent a lot of time going over the vehicle with me and my son and the car looked brand new. We would highly recommend Acton Toyota and Dave.
They did not give the car away, but did sell us a "certified" vehicle with an extended warranty that has been nothing less than a pleasure to own and drive. The purchase was easy, no pressure, and with internet research on our part, combined with their willingness to sell at a fair market price, completed without trouble. Outstanding. In life, communication errors happen and when we showed up to pick up the car, they tought we were coming the next day. But rather than making us come again, they put multiple people on it asap, and sent us up to their cafe for a free lunch. A cafe in a car dealership? Yes! And the cheeseburger they custom made for me was not McDonnalds - best one I have had in many years. Wellington was great to work with and he was very helpful. I need a new car because my car was on its last straw. Wellington was very patient and undserstanding of what I was looking for in my new car. Being a recent college graduate and not understanding the whole process he helped me with every step and explained everything in detail. Acton Toyota is a great company and I recomend this dealership to everyone!

Juliana was terrific. Best new car sales experience I've had ever over the course of buying 4 cars (including 1 other from Acton Toyota). Can't say enough about her -- she was the reason I went with Acton Toyota. She was pleasant, not pushy, and was very knowledgeable about the car. Not only that, she was VERY responsive to me when I called or emailed her.
