I have had the pleasure of dealing with Acton Toyota for almost 20 years. The staff treats me as if I am their only customer. Although there are dealers much closer to my address, I would never consider going anywhere else to have my car serviced. The Toyota I have now is the 3rd one I have owned and I would not consider buying any other brand of automobile. Keep up the great work Acton Toyota ! ! ! Camille of Dracut Ma

I've had my Tundra for almost 4 years, now, and have had excellent service every time I've brought my truck in. Wait times to check in were short or non existent. My truck was ready within the estimated time and while I waited I was able to have a complementary breakfast. Whenever the Service Dept. encounted a problem that was not part of the expected service, they always called to discuss the issue before making any repairs. My husband and I went to the local Toyota dealership knowing exactly what vehicle we wanted to buy... it turned into an all day back and forth situation. We had done our homework and just wanted to buy the car we had decided on. After finally reaching an agreement, we were shocked when the next day the salesman called and said the car he had found for us turned out to be only front wheel drive and the wrong color. John was INCREDIBLY accomodating...i needed a new car for one of my kids "that day" and he jumped through hoops to make it happen. The next day, believe it or not (long divorce story) i needed *another* car for a second kid and again he made it happen. Incredible service and attention and I will say an incredible value at the same time. Very impressed. Impressive dealership...huge lot with every imaginable car right there.

I had shopped around quite a bit, so when I called Jim, I knew exactly what I wanted. Jim sold me my last Camry, so I called him. I have leased two cars from Acton Toyota of Littleton. Wellington Pereira was my sales contact both times. Wellington is very pleasant and professional. He went out of his way to answer all my questions in a timely fashion so that I could make informed leasing decisions. His recommendations were thoughtful and quite helpful. He is the best car salesman I have done business with in forty years and seven car purchases.

It was the easiest car i ever bought. It looks like a great dealership, and looks like a nice place to visit during service work. There is a toyota dealer about three miles away. driving to acton toyota will be worth the drive and time. The people all seem friendly and helpful
