This transaction was for a new car lease. Jim informed me about a deal Toyota was running and was able to get me what I wanted at a good price. Everything was handled quickly and efficently. It took about a week from when we first discussed the deal until the time I had the car. The process could have been finalized sooner if I had requested it.

This dealership is a pleasure to visit - light, clean, well-planned, comfortable with great amenities. Employees are friendly, well-trained and accessible; intake is efficient, the work well done, and the wrap-up equally efficient. Makes me look forward to taking good car of my car.

This is now our third Toyota purchased at Acton Toyota. Things remaining in balance it will not be our last purchase. Of the three purchases, this was the best, due in part to theexceptional friendly, warm and proffessional demeanor of our primary sales person, Steve Augusta. Service has been a model of how to do things right and prices have been fair, so we will continue to have our service done here as well.

Ken Hsu was a joy to work with. When we showed up right after closing time on a Sunday, he still took us out to look at the car we were interested in. He also made the purchase experience more pleasant than buying a car usually is. There wasn't that much wheeling and dealing, but then again, the price we were given was already very close to what I was aiming for, so there was no need. I recently bought a new Toyota Prius. John Bernard helped me through the entire process. He answered all of my questions without being pushy or aggressive. He is a true professional. I have researched my new car many times for the best prices. Each time, I end up back at Acton Toyota of Littleton because their prices are so competitive. LOVE them! Easy, hassle free, no pressure, respectful, good product, knowledgable, quick financing (at 0%), no upselling-all that buying a car should be but rarely is-fair value for trade in (of another make). Couldn't ask for easier or better. This is my first time at Acton Toyota but won't be my last.

Terrific experience. Incredibly helpful but no pressure Terrific experience. Incredibly helpful but no pressure which created a very comfortable atmosphere. Dealership also met my needs by delivering the car. The gentleman who delivered the car took the time to show me the new features of my car. My other car was a 1992 so much had changed. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.
