Our search for a new Toyota was done through website search. Only dealer that came through with pricing and options without requiring a trip to the showroom. All requirements were met by phone and email conversations. All that was left to do when we went down was a test dirve and paperwork. Great customer service. We went through many dealers in MA and visited many showrooms. This was the most efficient process we have ever found so far.
I worked with the internet sales group at Acton Toyota. This is my first time at Acton Toyota and my first Toyota car. It is my first new car purchase in 9 years. I found the sales experience to be low-pressure and easy-going. The salesperson (Bree) was pleasant and responsive. The finance person (Peter) was experienced and pleasant to deal with. Had a tremendous experience at Acton Toyota. The internet sales dept. was very helpful and if there were questions they themselves could not answer, they directed me to the appropriate person/dept. Service was swift, friendly and there was no pressure whatsoever.
I requested a quote via internet sales team and Julianna responded quickly. Although they didn't have the van with the options I wanted, nor did any other dealer in the area, she went the extra mile to have a vehicle preferenced for me so that in the end I got exactly the van I wanted, with the options I wanted, and I didn't pay for any options I didn't need. I had looked at several diffrent Toyota Dealerships not only did Acton Toyota have the best prices but Kyle from the internet sales dept was courtious profesional and personalble. Kyle was very knowlageable about the product and fielded questions in a very profesional way. A friend initially contacted the Internet Sales team and Anthony responded. He was responsive to my needs and did not pressure me to buy something I did not want. My first priority was safety in a car, and the RAV4 lives up to that. They were patient while I waited for my funds to buy the car came in. Both of these gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with. There was no high pressure sales pitch, no "I have to get this deal approved by my boss", and best of all these gentlemen were comfortable dealing with both the husband and wife buying the car and did not just address the husband as other dealerships have done.
