After wasting hours at a large dealer in Norwood trying to get straight answers with no tricks, it was a pleasure to deal with Acton Toyota. I asked in email for the price they would offer (not MSRP) of various prius option packages and got it without hesitation. And the prices were good. I had a very narrow window to time to invest in my 'previously owned car' buying experience and Chris listened to my needs, and promptly identified suitable vehicles in my price range and feature list. I wanted a new Prius and took the internet approach. In the end, I bought from Acton even though it was a less convenient location w.r.t. home/work. In 1992 I bought a Saturn partly because of the hassle free environment. I bought additional Saturns in 2002 and 2003. I am impressed with Acton Toyota in that they provide quotes which do not change, they say how long the quotes are valid (several weeks in my case), and told me upfront about the extra charges (registration transfer and doc fee). Very friendly service from the Internet Sales division. (I didn't have any interaction with the regular sales division... so they might be good, too.) The sales person, Ken, was very good at listening to what I was looking for and worked hard to meet my expectations and price. We bought our first car at Acton Toyota in May, after speaking to four other dealerships. We bought our second Toyota in December, but only went to Acton. I've found that the service department is friendly, too.
Very friendly sales staff with a low preasure approach to auto sales. I strongly recommend that you give Acton Toyota and Bob Rabb consideration.

Working with Bree was a great experince that I would do again. I already went to Acton Toyota for service on my 04 Tundra. When I decided to get a Prius, I wanted the same service for a purchase. I requested a quote from both Acton Toyota and Ira Toyota. The Ira Toyota response was playing games, inflating their invoice price, wouldn't give me a real number, and said they had the car in stock when they didn't. Very friendly, helpful through the whole process. Great service and new car orientation. Salesperson was very helpful with my special needs during the sales process, i.e. lunch break and expedited delivery due to work considerations.
Having dealt previously with Carl McPhee in buying my husband's Tacoma with the internet sales department, we were pleased to be able to do business with him again when I was in the market to replace my vehicle with a Corolla.
