This was not the first dealership I had gone to. I am a 21 year old college student and was treated just as equal as a business man. I bought a certified 2004 corolla (which is great on gas), from JOHN BERNARD, and it had a slight dent in it that I asked if he could fix and he assured me no problem. My entire experience with these 3 gentlemen was PHENOMINAL. Carl responded to my e-mail the first day and sent me out a quote. Although I didn't buy a car from these guys, I wanted to. They were very informative and honest, price was extremely competitive, however, they did not have the car I wanted in stock.
Imagine actually looking forward to car shopping. That's how I feel about Acton Toyota. Every other dealership I've been to in the Boston area gives me endless hassle, runaround, manipulation and lies--the standard car salesman BS. Acton Toyota gives me a straightforward, simple no hassle quote--which has always been lower than the negotiated "bargain" price other dealerships offered. My experience at Acton Toyota was completely positive. I purchased a 2009 Corolla LE and am very happy with it. My contact was Kyle Nelthorpe. Very friendly and helpful. All of the people I dealt with at Acton Toyota were courteous and professional. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't need. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this dealership again.
