With rising gas prices, I was looking to trade in my Tacoma and purchase a Toyota Matrix. My main concern was that I got a fair amount for my trade. Carl McPhee (my salesperson) immediately lowered the selling price of the matrix by $1050, and they also gave me more than I thought they would for my trade ($4000 over Kelley Blue Book trade in value). We have purchased two vehicles from Acton Toyota in the past 4 months. After our first wonderful experience, we would not go anywhere else. We think their prices are excellent and they are upfront about everything. I'd recommend getting an Internet quote before you go. That's how we handled both transactions. Acton toyota is the best car dealer I have ever visited. Mr. Ken Hsu is very straightforward and gave a very good internet price quote. And when I visited him, he helped a lot to find the car I wanted and show the transparent price information to me.
