We bought a 1995 4Runner for Acton Toyota in 1996, and we've been loyal customers for service ever since. We're just about to buy a 2008 4Runner from them and are looking forward to another 12 years of good relations. Great service, friendly and knowledgable personnel; thanks, Acton Toyota!
Very nice people. Not pushy. Got the price we wanted on the car and on the trade. People in the front office and in service were very nice and helpful. Carl Mcphee showed why he is a top salesman. He was very knowledgable. We will be buying our next car at Acton Toyota.
I live in Maine and drove to Acton Toyota because their out of the gate pricing was so aggressive. They supplied numbers to me over email which sparked my interest. I drove down and they made it worth it 100%. Great value for my trade and great deal on the new Tundra I purchased. Nobody in Maine could touch this. Jim Piazas & Shawnee Wandless where excellent to work with. Highly recommend these folks.
We bought a Toyota Sienna last week via Internet Sales and had a very good experience with Bree Hardin. She has a super pleasant personality, a lot of energy and it was refreshing not to have to haggle with a car salesman to get the lowest price. I am a returning customer of Acton Toyota. Recently I purhcased a Camry Hybrid from its Internet Sales deparment. It was another pleasant experience to buy a new car from Acton Toyota. Both Bob Rabb and Ken Hsu offered great help to complete the transaction. They are very friendly and knowledgeble. Now my wife and I are enjoying our new green vehicle and saving the environment.

I recently purchased a new Toyota Corolla from Acton Toyota. I searched a lot of different dealers and selected them to purchase from. They are upfront with all the added fees and rebates associated with the purchase, and had the best price I could find. Bob Rabb is an excellent salesman, there was absolutely no pressure or upselling. He's a good guy and I would highly recommend looking him up if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. My overall experience could not have been any better. Highly recommended!
As refugees from the Saab and VW world of cars that are fun to drive but cost an arm and a leg to maintain and repair, it is nice to think we now own a vehicle assembled with some regard for quality. And Steve Augusta made it more pleasurable with his understanding of our needs and (especially) his sense of humor. I recommend him highly.
