I went to Acton Toyota because my dad had a good experience. I was able to walk around the lot without being "attacked" by a sales person. When I was ready, Steve approached me and let me test drive my desired car. The first thing that impressed me was that there wasnt any haggling. I got a straight forward and acceptable offer. I bought my new Sienna three days ago. The people I dealt with, especially the internet sale person- Ken Hsu, are honest and very friendly and also very effective. It took less than an hour to get the deal done. There was a small incident before I went to pick up my car. They found a scratch on the front bumper and notified me immediately. Acton Toyota has to be the best dealership I have ever dealt with! After finally deciding on the car I wanted, Steve was so nice (even though I called daily to check on obtaining the specific car). He was very friendly. I traded in my Jeep Wrangler and I did not have to sit there and "negotiate" the trade-in price. I will definetly recommend Acton Toyota and Steve to everybody I know! Efficient, smooth, helpful, accommidating; these are the works I would use in discribing my experience with Steve Jenson and his team at Action Toyota. I will be back in four or five years for my next Toyota. I wouldn't waste time with any other dealership. They have made my car buying experience a welecomed pleasure.
