I had heard good things about Acton Toyota before my visit. They did not disapoint. Efficient, smooth, helpful, accommidating; these are the works I would use in discribing my experience with Steve Jenson and his team at Action Toyota. I will be back in four or five years for my next Toyota. I wouldn't waste time with any other dealership. They have made my car buying experience a welecomed pleasure.
This is the second time I have bought a new car from Acton Toyota. It was a very pleasurable experience. Wellington Pereira went out of his way to show me a new car in an Acton Toyota lot that met my needs. At the subsequent closing date, selling price, probable closing sale date, and document fees were exactly as he had previously quoted. Dealing with Steve Augusta of Acton Toyota was a very good experience. This dealership is by far the best one I have ever dealt with. I found a truck on-line that I really liked but I live in Maine. I called and talked about the truck and worked out a price. They drove it all the way to my house in Maine with the guarantee that the truck was everything they said it was. If I didn't like it then they would turn around and drive it home, all at no cost to me. The truck was exactly as described if not better. Buying a car here was a TOTALLY different experience. I went to Lexington Toyota first and got the typical dealer runaround. When I contacted Acton Toyota I got a quote within a few hours that was LOWER than the lowest price I got at Lexington after 3 visits and a lot of unpleasant arguing! I put out a request for a quote for a 2008 prius from cars.com. This dealership was the only one that replied back through email immediately with quotes. They were much easier to deal with compared to some of the other dealerships in the area.
I have bought a 2008 Toyota RAV4 Limited from Acton Toyota early November 2007. The salesman, Ken N Hsu, is very nice to talk with. He didn’t place any pressure on the buyers. My local dealer tried to scare me into thinking that his numbers on the new car and the trade were false, that he was just telling me low numbers to get me in the door. I arrived at Acton Toyota after first visiting another dealership and having a miserable, everything-you-hate-about-buying-cars experience. Acton Toyota was worth the wait - from sales to financing I was treated with respect and enthusiasm. I think that they truly get that sales is/should be about relationship...not just that day's bottom line. I would highly recommend Acton Toyota Internet Sales to anyone considering a Toyota purchase.
