I have never like shopping for an ew car but I was very ahppy with my exprience at Acton Toyota even though it is a little far from my home it was worht dealing with the team there from Jim in Sales and Denise at the front desk. I was happy with the turnaround, price and the fact time was taken to spell everything out for me.

My experience with Acton Toyota was terrific. Juliana was very personable and quite knowledgeable. She made us feel very comfortable and we know our service with Acton Toyota will be memorable. My wife and I were searching for a used Toyota 4Runner to replace our aging Chrysler. After much research Toyota has the long term quality we need. We stopped in Westborough, Worcester and Framingham before coming to Acton Toyota. We focused on the 2003 4Runner with 13K miles on it and it was perfect with some minor things that needed to be corrected before we accepted it. Excellent experience with the Internet sale person, Wellington. Acton had lowest price of the dealers from whom I requested a quote (~27,700 for a base 4x4 highlander with upgrade stereo, manual rear air and roof racks). The Internet department is operated in a separate building from the showroom. I was a pleasure *not* having to visit the show room and deal with pushy sales people. Overall pretty nice. Offered a completive price right off the bat, but wouldn’t budge after that. A couple hour delay was also incurred when they didn’t get the inspection done on time and car had a small series of grooves on the driver's side passenger door. They did throw in mud mats and a small paint bottle to make up for the delay and the gashes.

We drove two hours out of our way to purchase a car from Acton Toyota and it was well worth it. We were tired of shady dealers, and the straight-shooters at Acton Toyota offered us a great deal. Our dealer Carl was fantastic. Two big thumbs up!

I highly advise anyone who wants to get a car quickly without all the sales haggling overhead to use the internet and connect to your rep that way. It was a lot easier. I visited the lot a week before, found what I wanted and didn't have to haggle. Well worth the trip. I was out of there in an hour or two - I test drove a couple of cars, picked one, did the paperwork, got the loan, and picked the car up the next day.
