I asked a quote on-line and received a very reasonable price. I made an appointment to see the car. When I got there, the car had already parked in front of building waiting for me. There was no hassle. I knew the price. I liked it and I bought it.

The salesman was very low key and did not pressure me. He gave me his best deal without any high pressure tactics that I experienced elsewhere. He communicated promptly over the email. Our in person meeting contained no surprises. Eric was very pleasant to work with and I will recommend him to my friends.

Bob Rabb is the salesperson that I was assigned and introduced to. He was very personable and answered my questions in an honest and professional manner. He was not overbearing or pushy. He took the time to explain the many features and accessories of my Toyota Matrix and all that was covered under the dealership warranty. I was also able to purchase my vehicle at a very reasonable price. My overall experience with Bob and Acton Toyota was excellent.

Why would anyone purchase a Toyota from ANY other dealership in this area? I requested price quotes one evening for a Camry using www.toyota.com from 3 local dealerships. Acton Toyota sent me a quote the next morning that was so low, I actually ended up asking for another quote for an Avalon, and I ended up buying the Avalon instead! I purchased a Toyota Avalon completely by e-mail, except for the visit to pick up the car-taking the hassle out of the buying experience. Great car;price; and experience. Thanks to Eric Kates, Matt Lamoureux, and Ben Koller. No hard sell for extras like extended warranties.

We just bought a 2007 Toyota Camry at Acton Toyota and found the experience to be largely positive and hassle-free. Ken Hsu, our salesman was professional, experienced, and friendly, and didn't try to push us into anything we didn't want. Ben Koller, the financial manager, was friendly and professional as well. I only wish that Ben would have had some objective, outside statistics or accounts of the effectiveness of the Guidepoint stolen vehicle locator service. I was unable to decide whether to purchase that service.

We are very happy with the process of buying our 2007 Prius from this dealership's "Internet Store". We began to research the model we wanted and the price we wanted to pay about three months before we actually bought. We corresponded over the Internet with four or five dealers in the Boston area. My first new car, a Corolla CE, bought thru the internet department. Overall a pleasant and relaxed experience. Got a good price, they understood that I am on a tight budget and they didn't try to talk me into extras. I dealt with about five different sales staff, all were equally helpful, and I didn't get the sense they were competing for commissions. Painless buying experience from the time I walked in. Both Chris and Peter were great. No pressure sales, rather they tailor their offers to what you want. Would I recommend to anyone else? Yes, indeed.
