Acton Toyota is a breath of fresh air in the toyota buying process. I had dealt with many other local area Toyota dealerships that offered poor to no sales service or competative pricing. Buying a car from the Internet office of Acton Toyota was a very relaxed and stress-free experience. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I felt like they were very up-front about everything, and never tried to push options on me. Dave Roger was a very pleasant person to deal with, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Toyota.
Throughout my dealings with Ken and the staff at Acton Toyota I was waiting for the "gotcha", you know, the surprise that makes it stressful or not such a great deal. Well, it never came. Incredibly efficient transaction. No hassles. No unnecessary trips to the dealership or long "pitches" that I had to sit through. Almost everything accomplished through email and a few phone calls. I will buy from this dealer again.
My wife and I first met Wellington "on the phone" when I had randomly called Acton Toyota looking for a Prius. We found that the minute we walked into the sales room the staff at Acton Toyota were very easy to talk to and a pleasure to do business with. I have to say we were not the easiest couple to work with for manyy different reason that involved our situation. I can't say enough about working with the TEAM at Acton Toyota.
