Bought a new Toyota truck through the Internet department Over all an excellent experience. my sales associate Wellington was courteous and knowledgeable kept in communication and answered all my questions. Ben in finance was very helpful with paperwork and financing questions. Eric was friendly and helpful at delivery. Would recommend this dealership

I just bought a Camry from Peter in the internet sales department. It was a very positive experience. Compared to a lot of car dealers, he was straight in pricing, was not pushy in selling me any accessories or upgrades, was friendly and sincere in assisting me with my selection of vehicles and options. And last but not least, he accomodated my choice of purchase time (waiting for me to sell my car) without any negative words. I am glad I shopped at Acton Toyota for my new car.

I recently purchased a Toyota Camry Hybrid from Acton Toyota. Overall I was very pleased with the experience. I contacted a number of dealers by email and Andrew was by far the clearest about the pricing, the options and the availability of the vehicle. After a very bad experience w/ another local Toyota dealership, I had a very enjoyable experience. Ken was my salesman and was very knowledgeable and friendly regarding the used Sequoia I was there to purchase. We were looking like we might be too far apart, but Ken, along with Jeff, the used car manager, worked with me to find a way to finance the truck. No hassle no gimmick the whole team were so professional I would recommend anyone to Acton Toyota for their next car purchase. All that research and price quoting for what??? Friendly and professional. Gave us a fair price for the car. We did not overpay. They have the softsell technique for the add-on services, and accepted our decline without argument.

My past experiences dealing with new car purchases has been very painful. I am amazed at how quick and easy it was to purchase from Acton Toyota. I used the internet to contact 4 area dealerships. Acton Toyota had the lowest quote by $400-$700 margin over the others. Peter responded to e-mails quickly answering my questions. He is upfront about the fees. He was patient as we evaluated the new Sienna in person and again when ours arrived. I bought a new 2007 Sienna. I traded in my 1997 Camry and received Kelly blue book value... read more
