i had a 30K mileage service and they asked to do air filter change and 3 more additional service. I asked some other time. I used to use the blower every single day before the service and the moment i left the dealership around 5 PM and run the fan it started churning sound. I never had this issue . Typical bait and switch that I have witnessed at other dealerships. When you call on the phone, they tell you one thing, and when you show up it's insultingly different. Here I was asking about a GR Corolla Premium. "Yes we have one being allocated, good deal, yes, MSRP, good deal!Nobody else has a deposit on it" Can you confirm the color and price?" (Review of Service Department) As a local business owner, we have been a long-time customer of Acton Toyota of Littleton in MA. However, the quality of service significantly changed for the worse when the dealership transferred to new ownership. I was on hold for 20 minutes the other month when simply trying to schedule an oil change / tire rotation for one of our trucks. Why did they tell me I absolutely needed over $6,000 worth of repairs, but none of the 5 other garages (including another Toyota dealership) I've been to since then have agreed? That was four years ago.
*This review is NOT areflection on my personal experience with my salesman. Naithan was responsive, answered all my questions promptly, and was incredibly nice and friendly. I have purchased about five cars from this dealership just purchased a new 2023 Toyota Camry the dealer wanted 5000.00 over list price there was no discount from the sticker price I told the manager this would be the last car I will purchase from Acton Toyota I is not my fault that Toyota has a supply problem if this is how Toyota takes care of its customers this will be the last Toyota that we will purchase and I will tell all my friends and Facebook friend about my experence

Please don’t go to Acton Toyota at Littleton because I gave my Toyota Highlander for alignment but while taking the car, I see there are other warnings sign like collision detection, traction control, Parking assist and lane control warnings. I question the service advisor and manager. They responded we didn’t do anything. If they don’t do anything why i am seeing warnings. Horrible experience and I GREATLY regret doing business with this company. I am forced to take this time to review and warn others to be aware. I have called and emailed Brian Doney multiple times and do not even get a response back??? Great after sales experience shows they do not care at all!
