Before you sign make sure read what you are signing not the finance person is saying. They will tell you what you need to hear to get your signature on the contract . NOT good service for my standard.
i had a 30K mileage service and they asked to do air filter change and 3 more additional service. I asked some other time. I used to use the blower every single day before the service and the moment i left the dealership around 5 PM and run the fan it started churning sound. I never had this issue . Typical bait and switch that I have witnessed at other dealerships. When you call on the phone, they tell you one thing, and when you show up it's insultingly different. Here I was asking about a GR Corolla Premium. "Yes we have one being allocated, good deal, yes, MSRP, good deal!Nobody else has a deposit on it" Can you confirm the color and price?" (Review of Service Department) As a local business owner, we have been a long-time customer of Acton Toyota of Littleton in MA. However, the quality of service significantly changed for the worse when the dealership transferred to new ownership. I was on hold for 20 minutes the other month when simply trying to schedule an oil change / tire rotation for one of our trucks. Why did they tell me I absolutely needed over $6,000 worth of repairs, but none of the 5 other garages (including another Toyota dealership) I've been to since then have agreed? That was four years ago.
*This review is NOT areflection on my personal experience with my salesman. Naithan was responsive, answered all my questions promptly, and was incredibly nice and friendly. I have purchased about five cars from this dealership just purchased a new 2023 Toyota Camry the dealer wanted 5000.00 over list price there was no discount from the sticker price I told the manager this would be the last car I will purchase from Acton Toyota I is not my fault that Toyota has a supply problem if this is how Toyota takes care of its customers this will be the last Toyota that we will purchase and I will tell all my friends and Facebook friend about my experence

Please don’t go to Acton Toyota at Littleton because I gave my Toyota Highlander for alignment but while taking the car, I see there are other warnings sign like collision detection, traction control, Parking assist and lane control warnings. I question the service advisor and manager. They responded we didn’t do anything. If they don’t do anything why i am seeing warnings.
