Please refer to the email I wrote to their internet department manangers. I sent my emails to all of their mamangers but did not get any answer yet. My wife and I were in the market for a new FJ Cruiser. We completed the online quote form and immediately we were given an honest price quote from Bob Rabb. To be fair to the other dealers, we priced this vehicle at many different Toyota dealers and none of them could match this quote. We scheduled an appointment and we were very well taken care of. Bought the car here, will NEVER go back for anything else again! Read on: The problem is that the navigation system in my 07 Camry XLE died. Less than 6 months of ownership and 7200 miles. I scheduled time to come in after having Acton Toyota diagnose that I needed my Navigation system replaced. I receive an email that the part is in on Friday 6/29. I had a very poor experience at this dealership on 6/7/07. After speaking with the internet sales department to confirm vehicle(s) were actually on the lot and to tell him I'd be there that evening, to my dismay, vehicle was not on the lot. The quoted vehicle was now only available at $900.00 additional(running boards i didn't want)the classic bait and switch. In short my experience was extremely annoying, frustrating and a colossal waste of my time. I would never recommend this dealer to friends and family.

I solicited a price quote online through Edmunds. Edmunds allows you to select up to 4 dealers at a time to request quotes from. I selected this dealership as well as 3 others. I received quotes and correspondence from the other dealerships correctly acknowledging my request and correctly providing me for quotes for the car I requested. Overall I was happy w/ the delivery of my vehicle, but the process to get there was a little awkward. They had no inventory in the vehicle that I was looking for, and it took a long time in the sales process to get them to actually show the specifications for vehicles that they could get from other dealers. Also I didn't get the feeling that my salesman was very familiar with the vehicle that I was purchasing. He struggled to answer questions when we had the final walk thru when I picked up my vehicle. I received an online quote that was below invoice, so I stopped by to see if it was legit. My trade was a Tundra and I got a low ball trade-in offer. Even considering the under invoice bait price it was almost laughable. Truck has since be traded in on same model for 2k more then Acton offer. The really sleazy part of the experience is when they tried to backup the lowball trade-in offer with an improperly filled out KBB pricing report....

Can't say enough nice things about the kind assistance I received in buying my new Prius. As a former examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award -- http://baldrige.nist.gov/ -- I've become attuned to the particulars of customer experience. Certainly it was necessary to obtain offers from a number of different dealers. Acton's was among the lower offers, although not the rock-bottom lowest. I purchased a brand new Toyota Highlander. Within 200 miles I took it back to the dealer because of the horrible smell inside the car and the car had a very bad hesitation problem. The person at the desk told me the smell would go away within 2000 or 3000 THOUSAND miles. I later looked on the government web site and found a Technical Service Bulletin for this very problem.
