My Acton Toyota (Littleton, MA) experience from sale to first service was a huge disapointment. "Toyota Certified" Used Car Purchase and Subsequent Dealer Service I Purchased a "Toyota Certified" Used Sienna XLE with 29,900mi 1,000mi and 9 months later all tires need replacing per service department/manager I purchased a "Toyota Certified" Sienna XLE with 29,900mi from Acton Toyota about nine months ago and nine months later (today) it has less then 31,000mi. We haven't driven the vehicle much, with three boys in diapers it'... read more

I went to this dealership on Friday, July 17. After looking around ouside I went inside. I was interested in a Rav4. I went into the showroom. The two women standing at what I assume is some sort of reception desk did not even acknowledge that I walked in. There was a Rav4 in the showroom. I was opening all the doors. sitting in the driver's seat, pushing all the buttons, etc. There were plenty of sales people around and not a single one came over and even said Hi. I left. I bought my new Rav4 elsewhere.

My wife and I enjoyed working with our sales person Steve Agusta, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. However, dealing with the finance person Ed(long last name, for which I cannot remember)was not so good. When my wife and I would not purchase any of the add-ons, i.e. extended warranty, paint protection, their type of lo-jack and so on, he instantly turned unprofessional, and seemly angry with us, he came across as if he were an angry spoiled child. When we were leaving he would no... read more

Steve Jensen, at the .com division of Acton Toyota, is the best. I have purchased 3 cars from him, and sent my daughter and cousin to him as well. He knows his products, listens to what I need, and appreciates my loyalty to Toyota. And the best part is that once I have purchased from Steve, the service at Acton Toyota cannot be beat. Service reps are friendly, helpful; the dealership is clean, easy to hang out while waiting; servicing is high quality and fast. I travel out of my way to go to Acton Toyota (there is a dealersh... read more

Their basic business model is good: big dealership in the 'burbs that gives low up-front pricing on Toyotas. The new location is nice and they are reasonably friendly and professional. The only problem is: their prices really aren't all that low! If you do what we did and shop around, you can beat their prices by up to $1500 on certain vehicles. Remember, we're in a bad economy right now and dealers are hurting. We do recommend Acton Toyota for one thing; to get a starting point for the price when you start your shopping!

Acton Toyota was a big disappointment, falling far below my expectations. I did NOT want my perfectly good truck with 64k on the odometer to get scrapped just to get a few extra $$$ as a "clunker" than their ridiculously low, insulting trade-in offer, which they refused to negotiate.

Nice looking new dealership with good number of vehicles from which to choose. Had an appointment, but forced to wait about 20 minutes to get someone to help me. Receptionist had the personality of a wet newspaper. Didn't have the color I wanted, and they pushed a little too hard trying to sell the ugly one they had in stock. They offered a fairly low price on the new car, but their offer on my trade was way low. Not the easiest dealership to work with, but not quite as sleazy as some others. At least they don't try to hide ... read more

I tried to get an online price quote and didn't hear from them. I stopped by the dealership to see the cars. The price for a Matrix was way over the Edmunds MSRP never mind the realistic price. He wanted to sell me a used car. I did get a chance to look at the alternatives. We bought a Camry there which has been fine. I think Neil sold me a Subaru.

This was a trip to simply test drive a Sienna CE or LE. I did my usual research from Consumer Reports, checked out the prices and looked at the packages/options. Kevin was very professional in walking us through the process of test driving and looking at the options/pricing. I never felt pressured nor subjected to the usual sales tactics or antics (eg a manager walking over or pressuring me to "buy now to avail of the day discounts". Kevin was a person you can trust by the things he was saying that I have found to be true du... read more
