We were shopping around for a new Van and did a test drive and spoke with a sales Guy and he only gave us the price range from within MSRP and never made any attempt to get our business or make a reasonable offer. I submitted a quote via E-mail to the site as well to that sale person for the particular vehicle and no one called us or e-mailed us.We ended up driving 50 miles to Brockton to a competitor and got a good deal on a Sienna AWD.
I simply don't trust these guys. They list a car for I simply don't trust these guys. They list a car for sale at a specific price, but in response to inquiries they can't even say what color the interior is or whether it's a manual or auto. On inquiring I got this message from them: "... the BMW you inquired about is in the process of being traded in but is not here yet. I will let you know when it arrives. THIS IS THE FIRST TRUCK THAT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED WERE THE SALES PERSON WAS NOT PUSHING YOU INTO MAKING A SALE. THE DEALER SHIP IS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE SEEN YET. ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE PURCHASE WERE GREAT. THE SALES PERSON WORKED WITH US TO GET US THE BEST PRICE & DEAL THAT WORKED FOR US AND THE DEALER SHIP. EVERY THING WENT LIKE A DREAM. I WILL BE GOING BACK THEIR AGAING TO PURCHASE ANOTHER TRUCK.
I wanted to buy Toyota Corolla - Sales guy was okay but the manager was very unfriendly- I was almost done with the deal but the Manager was not at all friendly and he had no patience whatsoever while dealing with customer. Their price was higher than other dealers and when asked about the price he started lecturing me characterizing me as a person who breaks the committment. This simply is not true and I went there to buy a car not to be labeled negatively

My wife and I purchased a Certified Tacoma with only 13,843 miles on it. I took the vehicle in to complain about a tailgate that did not close completely and for a weak suspension. Both of these items were covered under Toyota Technical Service Bulletins that I provided to the person I spoke with when scheduling my appointment. Upon arrival, I realized that none of the information had been documented and I had to attempt to explain what the bulletins stated since I did not have numbers handy at that time. POOR, customer relations. Inquired online about an '08 RAV with only 130mi or so. E-mailed because it was exactly what I'm looking for, a low mile, relatively new, and 4 wheel drive. Would fit the bill nicely as a second car for weekend hockey trips around the New England area. Wrote to see if it was a typo, it wasn't, but didn't want to spend 30k on a second car.
