So I really wanted to like this dealership - I really did... and many of my initial dealings with them were quite good. I saw a used car I was interested in, submitted a request for info online and began corresponding with Gregg McHugh. He specifically asked me to email him before driving out to visit to make sure the car was there. We made an appointment on Saturday to see the car - and he wasn't there for my appointment. Acton Toyota insists that you give them an e-mail address, and despite several attempts to stop them from sending me junk e-mail, they continue to do it. I have contacted my salesperson, his manager, and the service department about this. Since my privacy is important to me, this small detail has tarnished my entire experience with Acton Toyota.

Technical guys are not professional, they can not find the real problem, just keep telling you something need to be replaced. It seems to me that everytime when you visit the service department, they have the target to rob you at least $600. I would not recommend anybody for this dealer. I doubt they sometimes intent to create some problems in your car. Very bad dealer service and not honest.

Got a very hard-sell routine here, and not the best price around. With more leverage in the form of competing quotes I might have secured a better offer, but they clearly wanted to close a deal pronto. Must be having a hard time paying for their huge beautiful new showroom. Very friendly in the professional sense, but not in that personal make-a-connection way that I eventually found elsewhere. My Husband was very impressed with John as he was very nice indeed with all the answers to our questions. I was very impressed with how he showed us all the things about the car . He took his time and did not rush us through anything at all, I sure would go back to him for anything I wanted to know in the furture about my car.
Scott was very knowlrdgeable about the Prius I bought. He spent enough time with me until I was comfortable with all of the cars features. He was friendly and courteous. Also he has remained available to answer my questions after I made my purchase. I would recomend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Paula
I'm very pleased with the new Toyota lease I just signed -- and very pleased with Chris Johnson (Acton Toyota), who I worked with. I wanted to take advantage of the lease deals, but originally planned to purchase a used car because my annual mileage was over the lease limit. Don't trust service department. In August 09, I had a brake inspection performed by Acton Toyota of Littleton on my 02 Toyota Tacoma. Rear brake shoe measurement: 4mm on all shoes. Nine months later in May 2010, I request a brake system inspection due to some vibration in the steering wheel when I apply the brake pedal. The rear brake shoe measurement this time: 5mm.
